About this wine
Made with hand harvested local grapes and the same traditional techniques as Champagne, this is a crisp, fruity and well-balanced cava. A fresh palate of apple, ripe pear and bright citrus flavours combine with creamy bubbles. A sparkling wine this good doesn’t even need a special occasion.
