30ml Mango nectar
150ml Creme de gingembre

Method:
Add ingredients to a cocktail mixing glass filled with ice, shake and strain into a chilled flute and top up with Freixenet

Garnish:
Strawberry slice
 
 Cava, a taste for moderation
